Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Essence ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are outside the US and interested in our products, please reach out — we may be able to advise on future availability.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Free shipping applies to all orders over $75. Since a single jar is priced at $119.00, every standard order qualifies automatically — no code needed.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor progress. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account at essenceorganics.org. If your tracking shows no movement after 3 business days of being issued, please contact our support team.
